Logis Manoir De La Giraudière

The our room was clean and well decorated. The grounds were lovely and the overall ambiance was calm and relaxing.

The breakfast was very good but the evening meal in the restaurant was very disappointing. Having your meal served in jars was not a great experience. The fish meal was bland and mushy but the slow cooked lamb dish was better . The presentation of both meals wasn’t to our liking. If we stay again We would definitely not eat at the Manoir sadly.

Breakfast reasonable but choice felt limited for a continental breakfast, The dinner from glass jars did not impress us and would avoid totally in the future. The room was adequate in size and the bed comfortable There was an old wardrobe which was adequate for hanging clothes but nothing else for clothes. None of the chairs in the room were comfortable and the table was too large for a limited space.. The shower room though adequately equipped was very small and you almost tripped over everything. Mobile heater worked very well and was necessary.

Il y a peu d'isolation et les bruits prennent tout de suite de l'ampleur (pleurs de bébé,marches montées) Mais cela n'a pas gêné notre nuit (les bruits ont été gênants avant notre départ en soirée.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, außergewöhnlich mit einem wunderschönen Park. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und sehr nett. Weiter zum empfehlen.

Lovely hotel in a very pretty area, easy drive to Chinon and a comfortable room with beautiful outside seating areas.

It would be nice to have more dinner options at the restaurant.
