"Below Expectations for a Marriott-Associated Property. Disappointing Hospitality and Poor Value for Money"

I am very disappointed with the hospitality at this hotel. The focus seems to be more on charging extra fees at every opportunity rather than providing genuine service, politeness, or courtesy. The hotel promotes participation in the Marriott Bonvoy program to attract guests, but it does not appear to offer the standard benefits that loyal Marriott customers expect. Marriott’s business model relies heavily on repeat guests through Bonvoy, yet this hotel does not provide breakfast or any welcome perks typically associated with the program. If you do not pre-book breakfast for €10, you are charged €20 per person on-site. This feels similar to a budget airline model — if you don’t pay in advance, you are charged a premium later. That approach does not reflect the level of hospitality one would expect from a property associated with Marriott International. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations in terms of service, transparency, or guest care.
