USThe place is beautiful. Rooms were very comfortable and the staff was so kind. We really enjoyed our stay here.
-water wasn’t hot in the shower. They fixed it once for us but our final morning was an early one and I took a completely cold shower.

CAThe riad is stunning and the pool is wonderful. The food was also excellent. The location being on the edge of the Medina was also kind of nice — it made it easier to get to and there was a view to the north that was nice. The food was excellent and our server, Serge, was really nice and so attentive.
There is a bit of an “old plumbing” smell but I imagine this is everywhere in Fes given it’s such an old city with a dense population. I didn’t notice it too much while staying but I did notice the smell in my pyjamas afterwards.

NLthe edge of the old part of fez was great, also the breakfast was great and a lot of choice
the pool noise kept going through the night and it was awful: I did not sleep because if this. the ‘international’ part of the restaurant was closed , with a very limited choice and they were very slow in preparing the food (1 hour +), if you are hungry don’t wait for them. we also had roomservice and they didn’t clear the leftovers till the next day, check in was slow and overall internal communication was also very chaotic.
