Bit hard to like anything when we were unable to stay!

We had booked to stay 9 months ago, paid, and on arrival they had overbooked and no room available for us. We had a family wedding to attend nearby, but it meant we had weren't able to enjoy the night and had 1.5 hour drive home. Very disappointed.

On site restaurant. The food and portion sizez were good . Could park outside the room.

No WiFi. This is a modern hotel but it doesn't have WiFi. Unacceptable. Poorly designed. The wardrobe was so shallow that even the coat hangers wouldn't fit in. One side of the bed didn't have a bedside unit so stuff had to go on the floor. A wet room rather than a shower cubicle. And the room certainly got wet. The bedroom carpet was wet from the previous occupant when we arrived.
