Arrived to check in to find the restaurant was closed for renovation so no food was available, there was not notification of this and then the hotel charged me for the room I had already paid for. This was refunded the next day, but I had to ask for it.

I loved local set up i loved how new apartment was and beds were very comfortable

I did not like how dirty it was we went to use dinner plates they were dirty the little rubbish bin in our room was still full of someone period pads and tampons my kids found smoke buts on ground our side on the little deck out back dishwasher was gross

Staff on call 10pm very unhelpfully in regards to leaving key out as couldn't get there till late at night. Had no suggestions but to say sorry. Supervisor didn't even want talk to me just relayed message's Very unprofessional and no care
