Nothing except the price

Blocked bathroom, fully flooded after shower. Cleaner came to unblock the bathroom but didn't worry making the room or replacing the wet foot towel A/C was too loud Loud people next door, sounded like they have just crashed into the motel No tissues in the bedroom No cutlery It seems like booking.com charges them high commission so they give you the least wanted room in the motel. If the room was regularly used then the bathroom wouldn't have blocked/flooded.
