All Hotel associates !!!! They are very informative & ready to help any time even though they are kind of busy All of them exceptionally good Joel was extremely helpful. I couldn’t met him while checking out because I need check out early morning due to my flight. Being a hotelier I will recommend to friends and families for their visit . One area for improvement is Guests aminities

Da falta de armários, no quarto

Excelente desayuno, instalaciones y limpieza. A 10 minutos a pie del ingreso al Parque Cataratas. El servicio y atención excelente.

La habitación no tenía vista al jardín como decía y nos toco una pieza donde el sector de la ducha no estaba contenido por lo que mojaba demas el baño.

Close to bird park and the Falls. Beautiful hotel, photos don't do it justice. Breakfast amazing. Pool area lovely, but too cold for me to swim (last days of May). Bar area had snacks (very large portions) and were of high quality. Piano player provided great entertainment. Clean. Complemently water in room and a chocolate each night. Receptionists had very good grasp of English.

Nothing! I would say, it is isolated, so you really are confined to the hotel (which is absolutely no problem imo). We stayed only 3 nights, with 2 full days at the Falls on each side, so not getting out in the evening was no issue.

O hotel é bonito, limpo e cheiroso! A área da piscina e o bosque são muito bem cuidados. Café da manhã farto e excelente. Os quartos são muito limpos, camas boas,enxoval cheiroso e de boa qualidade. Tem roupão. A localização é excelente para quem quer ficar muito próximo aos Parques das Cataratas e das Aves, dá para ir caminhando.

Os quartos não são espaçosos e a bancada da pia do banheiro é muito pequena. O jantar a la carte pode melhorar.

We would describe the hotel as a resort. The outdoor area was beautiful and so relaxing!!

We paid to get 5 items laundered, and we only received 4 items back right as we were leaving for the airport. When I messaged the manager about it, all they said was that they didn't find my shorts. There wasn't any offer to keep looking, give a credit for the value of the shorts they lost or anything, which was disappointing, especially with it being such a nice place. It left us very disappointed in the service and integrity of the management.
