Hotel Capitol

Soggiorno di una notte piacevole. La stanza era confortevole e l'hotel, ricavato da una serie di appartamenti, ha un carattere particolare. Il check-in è in autonomia con chiave lasciata in reception, ma lo staff è comunque raggiungibile telefonicamente. Nel complesso una sistemazione funzionale per una notte.

La colazione è semplice (fette biscottate, marmellata, briosche preconfezionate) con un'opzione disponibile per celiaci.

Struttura moderna, centralità. Parcheggio privato.

Personnel agréable même si présent que le matin La chambre était spacieuse et propre. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour les visites

La salle de bain est à refaire. Impossible de se laver les cheveux car pas de pression et pommeau de douche HS.

La situation pas trop loin de la Tourvde Pise, mais nécessitant un moyen de transport.

Hôtel low cost, personne pour l’accueil, chambre petite et douche minuscule. Petit déjeuner minimaliste, café imbuvable... et surprise en partant: 10€ par nuit de parking, celui-ci n’étant même pas sécurisé.

I didn’t like anything at all — starting from the communication to the overall conditions.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel entrance was locked on arrival, and I did not receive any instructions on how to enter the building. There was only a phone number on the door. Room #305 was in very poor condition and had a strong unpleasant smell. The bathroom was unacceptable, with visible mould in the shower and shower cabin, making it feel unhygienic and very uncomfortable to use. I had booked two separate beds, but instead received an uncomfortable joined double bed made from two single mattresses. For my son, I requested a bed, but he was given a broken bunk bed with a damaged ladder. There was a wooden ladder placed next to it as a workaround, which did not feel safe or appropriate. There was no reception staff available during check-in or overnight. Breakfast was extremely poor — only machine coffee and a few types of biscuits. This was not suitable, especially for my son, who does not eat sweets in the morning. I booked breakfast specifically to avoid having to search for food before travel, but it was not what was expected at all. Overall, the accommodation was far below acceptable standards for the price paid (€140). I would not recommend this property.
