Had an excellent time. Was near the end of season and had a free room upgrade without asking. Really well provisioned to enable cooking in if you wanted to. Really nice pool hot tub sauna and steam rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Location to base of slopes a little walk but bus stop outside and hotel shuttle available.

Nothing special, we liked everting, maybe the dinners, even with a nice flavor, the recipes should be with less potatoes, charcuterie and sausages, but maybe it’s because I’m Portuguese and like eat.

Charming hospitality from the owners and staff at this hotel. Genuine friendliness, efficiency and care towards their residents. Food was excellent. Great discounts on ski pass, hire and transfers. Only 20 min walking distance from Pleney and less to Super Morzine but shuttle available in morning. Breakfast great! Nice balcony space. Comfortable beds! We will return.

Minor issues. 3 women in one quad room and only two mirrors. A challenge ! 😆 Not much space to store luggage for three in this room for four.
