"A estadia superou as nossas expectativas"

A staff foi muito simpática, profissional e prestativa. As acomodações eram muito acolhedoras e espaçosas, contando com ar condicionado essencial para se sobreviver ao extremo calor típico de Marrocos nesta altura do ano. O espaço no rooftop era muito bonito e bem aproveitado, contando com um bar, uma piscina, mesas e cadeiras, variedade de plantas e vasos decorativos, e uma vista privilegiada para as ruas da cidade. Os pequenos-almoços superaram as minhas expectativas, contando com uma ampla variedade de alimentos. Tivemos também a oportunidade de almoçar neste riad, e a comida estava saborosa e bem confeccionada.

A ardência na água da piscina estava um pouco alta, o que causou alguma irritação nos olhos.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kon niet beter. De ligging was ook perfect.

's Morgens begonnen ze nogal vroeg net boven onze kamer bedden te verschuiven met extreem veel lawaai als gevolg, niet zo fijn.

"Very close to souks"

Staff were very welcoming. Gave lots of info insight into Marrakech. Told us where to go to keep us safe. Gave map. Greeted with smile on return and asked about day. So nice.

Breakfast very poor . Tables dirty. Not cleared . No one there to clean tables or greet us. Sat at a dirty table. Although meat covered with cling film, very hot. Yes we went for breakfast 30 minutes before end time but meat and cheese looked like had turned/melted. Did not find a nice experience totally put us off especially the dirty uncleaned tables . Because of this would not book here again.
