Spa Hotel Europa Royale Druskininkai

We spend there just one night together with our friends (different rooms). Our rooms were very clean, same as hotel. We haven`t used much of the hotel services, but we had dinner at the restaurant , so we had to wait for our food about 40 minutes (we have been told that it will take just 15 minutes). The waitress did not look as a professional at his job. Anyway, the food was tasty and our company was great , so it wasn`t big problem. :) Staff in the reception were very helpful, kind and professional. As we are Lithuanian citizens we find difficulties to find this hotel. I think it was because of road works, but there were no signs to find this hotel. As we already mentioned reception staff was very helpful :) We called there and they explained how to find this place. It might be more difficult for foreigners. Our overall rating is 5! We had a great time there.
