Hôtel Les Airelles

Le personnel est très gentil et quand je me suis plainte de l’oreiller, ils me l’ont changé direct. Le petit déjeuner était très bien (très bon rapport qualité/prix).

Ce n’était pas propre, les photos sont mensongères, et pas du tout en accord avec la réalité. Cet hôtel mérite un bon coup de neuf et de propre. Exemple l’arrière de la porte des toilettes n’a jamais été nettoyée, les coussins sentaient la transpiration.

La proximité avec tous les commerces et les pistes

Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de la station, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Les prix sont abordables par rapport à l’emplacement, ce qui en fait une bonne option pour un séjour pratique sans se ruiner.

La literie est vraiment inconfortable : le matelas est beaucoup trop mou et on s’enfonce immédiatement, ce qui nuit fortement à la qualité du sommeil. De plus, la chambre est assez vieillotte et mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Amazing location, right by the ski lifts and the centre of old town. The room exceeded my expectations and had a great traditional lodge feel to it. Ski storage facility is also a great bonus and made our lives a lot easier as there's no lifts in the building. The staff were also really friendly.

Wasnt a big fan of the pillows. I think it could have been improved with comfier or more pillows.

As it was our first time to La Clusaz, and we booked online, we did not fully understand the benefit of the location of this hotel. It was truly ideal for us as bus travellers. The hospitality of the staff was top notch! Always eager to provide answers and inquiring if we needed help. We found the room to be extremely cozy and the bed was superb. We enjoyed a view of ski jump practice from our balcony. The balcony was very pleasant and a nice feature. We will be returning to this hotel!

One of the lights at the bathroom mirror did not function and we ran out of shower gel before our departure. Maybe they could check these items between guests to avoid these issues.
