Clean, good location, relaxing atmosphere, great all inclusive options. Good quality drinks. We enjoyed the food which was plentiful. Friendly helpful staff. Changing room available for our late flight after checking out.

Room missing a kettle

Posizione fantastica, a due passi dal lungo mare e da tutti i locali . Fantastico il parcheggio gratuito proprio di fronte alla struttura. Molto gentili e simpatiche le due Laura alla reception. E anche il personale in sala per la colazione.

La pulizia giornaliera delle camere è stata molto molto approssimativa, quasi inesistente non da un quattro stelle . La luce della camera era troppo soffusa non si riusciva a vedere nulla. Noi poi abbiamo avuto il problema delle formiche , pur non avendo mai mangiato in camera, non so magari l’avevano fatto i precedenti ospiti . Fatto sta che c’erano formiche persino nel divano letto dove dormiva il bimbo, e in terra un po’ ovunque sparse tra bagno e camera.

Очень удачное размещение! К морю буквально пару минут. Персонал отличный! Всё вопросы решались доброжелательно и быстро. Номера убирают каждый день. Очень вкусная и разнообразная еда, даже для вегетарианцев есть выбор.

Нам достался не совсем удачный номер. Мы жили в подвале, над нами был ресторан, поэтому все звуки доносились очень громко. Еще в номере, к сожалению, не было балкона, потому были трудности с сушкой белья. Мы выносили мокрые вещи сушить на стул около бассейна. Дверь в номер не внушает доверия, легко можно открыть, потому обязательно доплатите за сейф. Мы доплачивали 30 евро за 5 ночей.

Nice room, good breakfast, good location. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The main lift was out of order 5 days out of the 7 of the holiday. I know these things can't be forseen, but as a family with a 3 year old and a 4 month old baby, carrying a pram and belongings up and down 2 flights of stairs 4 times a day was extremely difficult. The service lift was being used. However, the baby's pram was too big to get in there. There were also issues with having ice packs cooled at the bar for the baby's milk. These were "lost" on numerous occasions, with one member of bar staff saying it was not his job to find them and walking off. What was a good holiday could have been a fantastic holiday without these issues.

Room was spacious, perfect location to both ends of Palmanova & all it has to offer. Friendly staff & good facilities.

We were B&B - Breakfast was good, it was standard - definitely could do with maybe an omelette station or something similar to make it better

ottima posizione vicino al mare e in centro al paese, vicinissimo alla fermata dei pullman per i tour e autobus per Palma. Camere grandi spaziose con balcone comodo. Letti comodi. Buffet colazione vario con prodotti anche dietetici e per vegani

La sala esterna per colazione e cena era sempre presa di mira da piccioni che si appoggiavano sui tavoli sulle posate.... dovrebbero mettere delle reti protettive. Ogni tanto le stoviglie non erano pulitissime. Il buffet per la cena seppur vario aveva poca scelta di pesce e migliorabile il resto dei piatti.
