"We hebben genoten, het hotel is een sfeervolle plek en ligt op een uitstekende locatie."

Wat een fijn hotel, het ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en de ruimtes (zowel kamers als algemene ruimtes) zijn sfeervol ingericht. Een lekker ontbijt maakte ons verblijf helemaal af.

Net als wat we vaak in andere hotels ervaren, is de hotelkamer erg warm om in te slapen. Er hangt een airco en het raam kon open, maar met een drukkere weg voor het hotel is het niet zo aanlokkelijk om het raam tijdens het slapen open te zetten. De airco hing boven het bed van de kinderen, wat tijdens het slapen niet zo prettig is.

Conveniently, within a short walking distance from the central station, located. Spacious double room with large bathroom. Clean and comfortable. The centre of Hague was a 10 mins walk, with many tram routes nearby.

Wenn man zu Fuss von Bahnhof kommt ist es doch bei schnellem Gehen 30 min,für nicht so Gehfreudige dauert es eben oder die Strassenbahn benutzen, aber für mich nicht erwähnenswert

"Raum nicht wie beschrieben"

Lage war gut. Personal war freundlich. Bett war sehr gut.

In der Anzeige wird in Text und Bild eine Badewanne dargestellt. Ich habe bewusst ein Hotelzimmer mit Badewanne gesucht, um mal zu relaxen. Aber es war eine Dusche verbaut. Also werden hier andere Dinge verkauft als dargestellt. Mit Sauberkeit war ich auch nicht ganz zufrieden. Die Fernbedienung war klebrig. Auf der Fensterbank hat sich Dreck gesammelt. Das Rollo war kaputt, sodass man bei diesem kleinen Dachfenster erst recht kaum Tageslicht bekommen hat. Das Zimmer war total finster. Da hilft auch das kleine Oberlicht nicht mehr. Auch wenn das Rollo funktioniert hätte, wäre der Raum niemals so hell geworden wie es auf den Bildern suggeriert wird. Hier wird sehr stark mit Filtern gearbeitet. Das passiert fast überall in der Branche, aber so extrem habe ich das noch nicht erlebt, was die Anzeige vorgibt und wie es dann letztendlich in der Realität ist. Hier wird der Kunde bewusst in die Irre geführt. Alles in allem war das die schlechteste Erfahrung, die ich bisher in Den Haag gemacht habe.
