"Fabulous holiday resort"

Absolutely perfect, we got a free upgrade to a better room, it was luxurious, clean. Staff, breakfast, pool, location were all amazing. Book without hesitation

The beach is cozy to sunbathe but not for swimming, the water is quite low, which is not the resort's fault. They even offer rides to other beaches

Perfect hotel. Great location. Easy acces to restaurants & club. Hotel very clean, staff very helpfull. Any problem, they fixe it very Quickly. Nice swiming pool and beach. Staff always ready to serve you and smiling. We were welcome by Ms Mas, the GM, who is a very professional and nice person. I thanks to her and her staff for our fourth stay in this hotel during two weeks. Every monday, Mrs MAS organise à cocktail party at the swiming pool for all customers. Very nice idea to know customers and staff. Thanks to all and see you again soon. Jean (France)

"A perfect beachside stay"

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel in Chaweng. The daily breakfast was delicious, and enjoying it with ocean views made each morning special. The complimentary room upgrade was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. Friendly service, great location and a relaxing atmosphere - we would happily stay here again.

Good location

The hotel is very old, and both the room and the towels were dirty. During check-in, we were given an excessive amount of information, and a staff member spent nearly an hour explaining rules and penalties. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. At the beach, I asked for a drink but was told no. However, I saw another person drinking and was told that they were a hotel guest. The problem is that I was also a hotel guest, yet I was treated differently. Overall, the service was disappointing and did not meet the standards expected from a hotel.
