Wongamat Privacy Resort

Was lovely and close to Pattaya and near beach

On arrival various lights in the room did not work. There is no do not disturb sign on offer in the rooms and room service times varied from random knocks at 9an to 2pm. We then had a wodden chair in the room that was sat on after a shower. This marked the towel. I then received a phone call wanting 300 baht for the towel for the mark or we could take to a laundry to remove. If the towel was not mistreated and marked by there chair it's ridiculous.

WiFi was very weak . Most of the time no hot water . Also mosquitoes was in my room in the night time Elevator،s door can’t open in the six floor (my room floor before they changed for me

I did not expect to have this comfort when I booked the room as the price was really too competitive comparing other 3* hotel in the same area which has no pool like this one. The room size is quite big comparing with what i have paid at around 8xx thb. per night and it came with breakfast as well! I rent a bike, so there is no obstacle for me to go around, only 3-5 mins drive to the beach and 10 mins by walk - for me it was ok.

reserved to be here for 3 nights then move to South Pattaya area, i love Wongamat Beach-not so many people. Love the local restaurants with a very cheap meals. I went out for a day but stayed in the hotel quite much on the 2nd and 3rd night, ordered their food with discount provided when i booked on Expedia. all day sunbathing made me very tan now-wow! The pool is their key selling point, the room for me was good enough to spend the night on it. I have no problem with the wifi signal even i have found that some comments complaint about the signal. Their lobby is on the renovation and might be completed soon but i think they should upgrade the elevator as it takes me 2-3 mins to wait but it's ok.

This hotel is half residence and half hotel so there's some family who owns the room on some building, this is why we felt safe as it's not too quite and not too busy. Breakfast is OK, the room for me is comfortable enough to stay 3-4 nights even it looks a bit outdated but overall was good. Good thing is the front office staff can communicate in Russian and English as well so we could also ask for the direction or ask for the taxi service by using their help.

Good Hotel near Wongamat Beach. Check-in without problem. Hotel is good for the money. Mostly Russian, a bit of Chinese and Thai guests in the hotel. Hotel has big swimming pool. Breakfast is incl. room rate and okay, should be improved a bit. Going somewhere is not that hard, you can rent a bike or ask the local taxi service.

when i was there, they are doing the renovation at the lobby, as far as I remembered, i visited this hotel 4 years ago and it looks a bit outdated but now it looks a bit modern. I booked the modern family room-the room fit for 2-3 adults and 1-2 kids as the space was big enough for my family. The outdoor pool is still the hero of the place. I loved the fact that they have 2 connected pool for adults and a smaller pool for my kids. The breakfast area was renovated so its more cozy than last time. The location is not a problem for me who spend 1 hour every morning to jog.

2 nights stay with cozy atmosphere, i have no problem with this property-good people. They are on renovation at the lobby area so a few sound during only short time on the day. Overall was great. The room price is not expensive. I can walk to many local restaurants, coffee shops and also the main street for night time hanging out.
