The bedrooms are really cozy

The elevator was not working, roaches in the bath room, carpet was dirty and when I was checking in the lady at the front desk wrote my debit card number down on the back of my reservation paper.

The place is probably as clean as it could get, but it looks like it is 50 years old once you get up close. The elevator was broken and all that was left was 3rd floor rooms? After 1100 miles in one day, I didn’t have the strength to drive any further and barely had the strength to climb the stairs with all my baggage. At least the bed was comfortable. I didn’t take my socks off and they supposed breakfast consisted of make your own waffle coffee with no creamer and an empty milk jug for cereal but hey, you get what you pay for right?

Thank you to the professional, kind front desk ladies who were so helpful. I appreciate your welcoming personality after a 6 hour drive. I will be back.

So staff was amazing. We had a major accident during our stay which caused us to extend our stay a few times. Staff had no problem with that and the fact we had to keep the downstairs room due to a wheelchair being used all of a sudden. I coudnt have asked for a better stay. Thank yall

Close for everything we needed. Elevator & pool were both out of service.

The breakfast menu could use some protein.

We’ve stayed here several times and have never had an issue. Our grandson wanted to swim, so we went to the pool and found the hot tub to be a little nasty. Pool was fine, but the ceiling was peeling everywhere and they had large windows open so anyone could have climbed in including a child, which could have been catastrophic. We were told the pool area would be remolded starting September, so the problem should be resolved. The ladies at the front desk are always so sweet. We will be back in November.

When we arrived I informed the lady at the front desk I was traveling with a service dog, and was told we do not allow dogs. I again said it was a service dog and was again told we do not allowed dogs. She was so rude and the building was so dirty my husband said let’s just go. While I was asking to talk to the manager so I can make sure we are not charged for the room, another lady came in and told the front desk lady that we had a dog don’t let her check in. I then informed the lady that I let her know that we were traveling with a service dog. She was also very rude. I will never recommend this hotel to any one. It was the worst experience ever. By the way the manager never reach out to me the next day. I did leave my number for them to do so. My son has medical issues and he needed to used the restroom along with my husband and the restroom was so disgusting and dirty which was one of the reasons he didn’t want to stay. If the lobby areas were they bad what were the rooms like?
