"Difficult access with no lift and having to use fire stairs. Unclean bathroom. Otherwise good location and modern rooms."

The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable and cooking facilities perfect.

The bathroom toilet had faeces dry on the seat and urine on the floor around the bowl.

"Car broken into and hotel did next to nothing about it."

Car was broken into in the supposedly "secure" undercover car park. Valuables stolen as we arrived a little early around 1pm and our room wasn't quite ready so we left our belongings in the car, went about our daily itinerary and didn't arrive back at the hotel until late. Discovered the car had been broken into a little after 11pm. Police were called. Needed security footage which "24-hour" security were unable to release. Had to wait until next day for reception to call owner to release footage to police, delaying our stay. Stolen goods were never recovered. Hotel staff weren't apologetic or sympathetic even though they could tell it caused our family a great amount of stress.

"the best receptionist ever"

The receptionist was the best, a lovely person. I forgot my wallet and she even went out of her way to remember my name the next time I went to reception.

"Close to the city and close to Dickson for great food"

The availability of a disability room was great. The lift is being replaced but the staff took our belongings to the room and help us when we left. Having two beds with one with a firm mattress was great as I am recovering from back surgery. The breakfast was great

Very convenient location, spacious & well furnished room, excellent included breakfast, great staff and VG price.

Lift was being repaired so not available but we were advised of this and cost reflected it.
