Didn’t know lift wasn’t working until after booked - didn’t feel safe in fire stairs returning late at night

The beds were comfortable

Room wasn’t ready upon arrival (after 2pm) even though we were issued with the key which didn’t work and had to be let in by a cleaner! The shower dripped all night and taps were loose and weren’t marked hot or cold!! Bedside drawers didn’t shut and the fridge leaked water all over the floor! After being assured the key would work after going out for dinner it didn’t. So 3 levels of stairs were navigated each time as the lift was out of order (we were advised of this prior to checking in). The included breakfast was toast fruit and a coffee machine!

It was very good value for money and it was very clean and the breakfast was included in the price.

Location was convenient

Elevator wasn’t working so had to walk up the fire exit stairs to get to the 3rd floor. Walked past mouse/rat traps. Stairs were disgustingly dirty. The floor itself when opening the door had a seriously chemical pungent smell. Cobwebs everywhere. Mould in the shower. The carpet under thr bed had 2inches of dust, appeared like the carpet had never been vacuumed. You could write your name in the dust. Not enough parking , had to park across the street , unsure of safety of car. Staff didn’t seem to care and were inexperienced
