Cleanliness is rather average. Not dirty, but not completely shiny. Especially when specifically asked for 4 people's supplies by black & white messages and was replied positively; resulted only the common 2 person supplies were provided. Grab & Go Breakfast was understandable but was the worst I have encountered by far. There were not even bakery products supplied, only muffin, fruits and drinks; would rather call that "Refreshments provided" than "Breakfast".

I’ve stayed at several Howard Johnson hotels. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience and this stay was no different. Very accommodating as I had an emergency at home and needed to bring my children. We received an upgrade for our room with only a very small fee. I would definitely stay again!

Definitely not worth over $150 for 1 night!! WHY?? Desk clerk didn't ask about rewards program, which is supposed to be a perk. Not impressed that check-in time is an hour later than any other motel chain. It's not accessible to 5/8 of anything by walking... The whole idea of booking a hotel after being on the road for many long hours is you don't want to have to drive fifteen minutes to find a place to have dinner... Specifically booked the room at this hotel because of the restaurant on adjacent premises. Only to find when we got here that It's closed and apparently renovating. The room itself leaves quite a bit to be desired... 1. No bin for recyclables, anywhere in the room. 2. The only way to get ice is to go to the main desk but there's no bucket to put ice in, so why bother? 3. Would be nice to have a radio in the room in case you don't want to the whopping 22" t v 4. The tv picture could at least fill the screen 5. Towels in the bathroom need to be larger .. like a bath sheet size.. the ones available would not wrap around my 3-year-old granddaughter, let alone a grown adult. 6. The towel rack in the bathroom is pulled away from the wall..so much so that if you grab it the wrong way, somebody's going to get hurt 7. No anti-slip treads in the tub 8. Not sure why there's an iron when there's nothing to use an iron on. 9. The bathroom door doesn't close properly 10. Why is the toilet paper hidden under a metal plate behind the door?
