Super clean (most important)! Friendly check-in. We were allowed to change to a bigger room at no additional charge. Breakfast was ample but seating was limited.

"Customer service"

Asked for top floor away from elevator week prior to check in. When checking i asked again she said sorry motel is sold out hmm parking lot is third full. I think just didnt want re enter new room number into computer alot work you know. I've stayed here numerous times since its close to mothers senior living. It is nice clean hotel just seems like way things are now customer service is lacking.
