The hotel is in an excellent location on our route back to Istanbul. Easy to find, check-in is always fast. The room is big and well insulated, very comfortable. The breakfast is not really our taste, but everyone can find something for themselves. I lost my ring in the room, which I didn't realize until 1 hour later driving. Yasin from the reception, directly contacted me to inform they found my ring and I friend of mine could go pick it up. I am forever grateful for Yasin, excellent communication and so so helpful.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel and once again all our expectations were met. The hotel has a charging station for electric cars, the cleanliness was up to standard, the food in the restaurant was delicious, the staff was responsive - shortly after we checked in, an earthquake was felt about 150 km from Bursa, we were accommodated on the 9th floor (where the earthquake was felt quite strongly) and after a request from us, our rooms were changed to a lower floor so that possible future earthquakes would not be felt so noticeably.
