"Relaxing and pleasant"

The look and feel and the beach front were wonderful. Restaurant and service staff at the poolside were wonderful.

Did not get to check in at 2 pm. To be fair I was given a drinks voucher as part of service recovery. But it was just disappointing. The reason of having insufficient room cleaning staff was hard to fathom.

Almost everything , location, food, staff

Maintenance of the hotel could be better. Specially the air conditioners , although i reported an issue in the jim several times it havnt been fixed. We also had similar issue with our room that has been resolved with switching rooms.

"Amazing - don’t let it get outdated anymore…."

Staff were amazing, friendly and always willing to assist when asked, it dose need some more upkeep - but overall an amazing stay.

I had to cut my trip short a day due to flight changes (Middle East conflict) however when I tried to change my booking for one day less - I was told I needed to pay more, so I just left a day early.

"Magical / unforgettable"

The private pool suite we had was unbelievable ! This place is top notch, staff are very attentive, breakfast very nice. Probably the best room/suite we’ve ever stayed in. So much thought has been put into this magical, almost mysterious place. A must stay in Koh Samui. We will be back without doubt!

Only slight niggle - advertised as adults only but children were staying.
