"Unclean Room"

Im very satisfied to the Services that you offer im been arrived on Nov 2 this first room was good,nice neat and Clean it was 2 bedroom but I use 1 room only because the reception told me that she allocate to the 2Bedroom due to no available Noble room. But thank you to Mr. Donald & Mon because very Accommodated. the next next day my friend arrived at the same floor that's why I transfer to the 2107 room on November 4 it's good but sadly not good because I see a dirty Carpets a lots of Hair and Have a cigarette ashes from the window. I don't call any some staff because I'm busy but next time must double check the manager or the supervisors before they give the rooms because I also a manager from Miami this Disgusting problem was inappropriate to the Hotels.
