The hotel’s location was excellent. The size of our room and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean.

Heating the rooms only with air conditioning is completely unacceptable and unhealthy. The air conditioners are extremely noisy and impossible to control properly. During the night, the room became unbearably hot, so I turned the AC off. When the room got cold and I turned it back on, it stopped working entirely. We were freezing until morning. There are no windows that can be opened, meaning there is absolutely no fresh air in the rooms. For two full days, we were forced to breathe the same stale air. As a result, our children started coughing. This is a serious health concern, especially for families with kids. The bathroom and toilet conditions are very poor. When you take a shower, the entire bathroom floods because there is no separation or threshold at all. There is no heating in the bathroom, making it extremely cold. The floors in both the room and the bathroom were ice cold — walking barefoot was impossible. On top of that, the bathroom ventilation was not working. Once hot water was turned on, the bathroom filled with steam to the point where breathing became difficult. On the second morning, we paid for the hotel breakfast, and considering the price, it was extremely poor. The jams and honey were frozen, everything was tasteless, and the selection was very limited. In Tbilisi, it is easily possible to eat extremely delicious food outside for half the price
