Apartamento com pouca iluminação. Limpeza razoável Meu apto foi trocado. O primeiro com paredes sujas Apto para duas pessoas com uma toalha de rosto, apenas um copo de vidro. Pia do banheiro pequena sem lugar para acomodação de utensílios de banheiros. Depois da alteração do apto ficou melhor, mas não condiz com preço cobrado. Já fiquei em outro hotéis vi acomodações melhores. Entendo a economia de energia, penumbra não é nada confortável.

A falta de proatividade da equipe em resolver uma situação que incomodou todos os hóspedes durante o café da manhã. Evento ocorrendo paralelamente ao café com muito barulho e pessoas sem educação

Excelente localização, bem próximo dos barzinhos e locais mais movimentados da cidade. Além disso, o café da manhã é maravilhoso e o quarto superou as expectativas.

Não houve nada que eu não tenha gostado. Achei tudo excelente e não tenho nada a reclamar.

Piso do banheiro escorregadio (questão de segurança). Café da manhã não aceita sair e retornar ao restaurante. Comi uma bisnaga e tomei um café às 06:30 e disse que retornaria às 10 horas para tomar o café completo. Fui negado. Poderia avaliar com mais consideração aos hóspedes.
