"When a brand drops stars from 4 to 2"

Buena instalación, limpio.

Ubicación, El personal esta perdido, necesitan entrenamiento, la cómoda terrible, jamás serviría el pollo que me sirvieron en in Marriott, hasta en los hoteles 2estrellas te dan al menos una botella de agua en la habitación inclusive llame horas antes para confirmar y nada el call center no tiene coneccion con el hotel. En todos lados solo Vasos de carton, te venden agua en botella y wl personal de la reception tw Dice que no tienen para abrir y la habitacion tampoco hay, Terrible

"Nice hotel to stay with close proximity to waterpark"

Quick checkin. Professional staff. Rooms are really well equipped with even irons for pressing clothes. Direct entry to the waterpark. Had lots of fun there! Good breakfast

Expensive Parking fees. Also would be nice if waterpark prices could be made cheaper.
