This hotel has so many roaches. I couldn't even sleep comfortably

Room had roaches

I didn’t like that there was no iron or ironing board the bathroom door is falling the beds are to old and squeak there is no ice in the machines also vending machine dnt work they don't put no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom I really think the price is to much for the rooms we also saw roaches crawling in the bathroom I would not stay here again

The property is in poor condition...broken things on the room, mold in the shower...

The property was filthy, the asked for A $50 deposit. The room was nasty. It was soooo noisy because of near by buissness. I held onto the plastic ice bucket because I had been vomiting. They asked for the plastic ice bucket back

Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The door didn’t seem to shut all the way even when locked with both locks.

Walls in the bathrooms were damaged, the bathrooms are dirty. It’s close to the airport but not in the nicest area. Worked for last minute but would not stay again.

Nice size room

Building, bed and other furniture are too old. I couldn’t sleep at all due to the cigarette smoke that wouldn’t go away even after I turned on the antique AC. I went back to the isolated and barricaded(stand alone) reception room, rang the bell for some minutes without any response. I feared for my life as I stood outside of the barricaded reception room that clearly leaves the guest exposed to the open entrance and the streets. It is possible to be robbed or attacked during or after checking in whilst the hotel attendant remains safe behind the bullet proof window. Unbelievable “hospitality” in this century, yes, I need a refund please.
