Lo mejor es la ubicación y su alberca climatizada, encontré a otras familias que necesitábamos ese servicio en un hotel en el centro de Puebla y funcionó de maravilla para entretenes a nuestros hijos mientras trabajábamos, claro, bajo el cuidado de sus papás. Muy cómodo y tranquilo. Volveré a este hotel.

Que señalaban había cafetera en el cuarto y solo era una hervidora de agua, no una cafetera.

"Solo bien, quizás es por el precio de aplicación nos den habitaciones con algún problema."

La ubicación es perfecta. La atención del personal muy amables. Las camas bien y limpias.

El baño, la parte donde está la regadera esta muy incómodo, bajas un escalón y toda el agua se sale o se queda encharcada... Nos toco una habitación que tenía fuga el agua sucia del lavamanos.

Estaba céntrico y que tenga estacionamiento está genial

Mmm el ruido de la habitación. Solo fui por trabajo pero el domingo quería dormir más y el ruido no fue tan cómodo

El baño y la ducha no estaban limpios, la tapa del baño estaba en mal estado,( rota) la llave del lavamanos estaba floja (se safaba al abrir el grifo), el aire acondicionado al prenderlo tornaba

Que no nos avisaron que echarían químicos a la alberca y no pudimos nadar en cierto horario.

La ubicación es fácil y cercana a los lugares turísticos

El personal de recepción no son amables, pareciera que les molesta atender, además no resuelven rápido, tardan mucho en dar una respuesta. Pareciera que a gente de México la tratan mal, comparado con gente del extranjero.
