When we arrived we asked for a high floor room which we received went to the room and the key fob was not working. Keith I believe was his name got us a new room. Other than that it was good.

"In Desperate Need of Updating!!!"

The tub stopper didn’t work properly. The TV was manufactured in 2010. I think it was a 27-32 inch TV in need of updating. Ironing board looked 15 years old. Front desk lady had no personality. Pool and hot tub broken 3 years. Front desk said they can’t do a late check out unless you sign up for IHG membership. In other words, you didn’t sign up for them to sell your info and send you lots of spam mail. I will stay somewhere else next time.

Disappointed that the pool was closed. Only reason we picked Holiday Inn in Poteau was the pool. The hotel is average, the front desk lady seemed to be in a rush. She could have been friendlier. Hopefully the breakfast is good.
