Drzwi do pokoju w jakości jak wewnętrzne, wszystkie rozmowy dźwięki słyszalne w pokoju, ściany chyba wszędzie działowe bo można było porozmawiać z sąsiadem mieszkającym obok w pokoju, w łazience płytki z PRL, pleśń na silikonie w łazience, nie ma możliwości zasłonięcie okien zasłonami bo poprostu jest ich za mała ilość, jeżeli chodzi o materac słabej jakości bardzo miękki, rano wstaliśmy z bólem w plecach
