Radisson 29 Gurugram is well located ,it’s very convenient for people travelling in and out of Delhi … You beat Delhi traffic on your transit journey .

They are doing a good job .. There is nothing much i would want them to work upon except the stench which is there when you enter the open sitting area behind through the main dining place ..

Breakfast was really good

Firstly, for a hotel that is marketed as a 5-star property, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel appears outdated and poorly maintained. The furniture, fixtures, and carpets looked old, worn out, and unclean, which immediately gave a negative impression of the property. The biggest issue during our stay was the air conditioning. The room never felt properly cooled despite the thermostat showing 21°C. In reality, the temperature felt much closer to 26–27°C, making the room quite uncomfortable. The cooling was limited to the area directly in front of the air vent, while the rest of the room, especially around the bed, remained warm. We raised this issue multiple times, but no effective action was taken and we were repeatedly told that everything was functioning normally. It was only after we escalated the matter through Booking.com that the situation improved noticeably, which was frustrating as it showed that the issue could have been addressed earlier. The only aspect of the stay that met expectations was the breakfast, which was enjoyable and offered a good variety of options. Housekeeping was another major disappointment. We noticed marks on the bed linens, and after the room was serviced, it became apparent that the sheets had not been changed but were simply turned over. This was unacceptable and raised concerns about cleanliness standards. Overall, this was far from a 5-star experience. The condition of the property, the poor handling of guest complaints, the inadequate cooling, and the housekeeping issues did not justify the price charged. Any decent 3-star hotel would have provided a better experience. For the amount paid, this stay was a complete waste of money.
