Hotel has a bus stop right in front. Very helpful for travellers who rely on busses. House decoration is superb. Very quiet neighborhood and stay.

Room is cold. Even though heat was on. Water pressure also not strong.

Ik boekte kamer met twee afzonderlijke bedden. Kreeg een dubbel bed. Ze hebben dan gezorgd voor een kamer met twee afzonderlijke bedden. Moest wel 20 pond extra betalen.

Lovely welcoming and friendly staff. We arrived early but not a problem and shown to a lounge to wait with coffee for our room to be ready. Really comfy bed in a quiet room, usual tea/coffee and kettle, hairdryer in the room too which was handy! Heating came on later in the evening and the room was nice and cosy when it did. Although a little out of the city centre the b & b is on a very regular bus route and didn't wait more than a few minutes even on a Sunday. Just takes 10 mins back to Princes Street.

The whole place felt a bit tired and in need of a refresh, room could've been cleaned to a higher standard.
