This is an ok place but the check in didn’t go as easy as they claim . Your told to call and get your code but when we called we just a recorded message saying the phone wasn’t available . Eventually someone showed up and we got the code.

We got stuck in the elevator and when we tried calling the number they provided for help, nobody answered. Our tv wasn’t working and you couldn’t get in touch with staff at all. Very disappointed in this stay!!

Ganz großer Reinfall! Das Hotel verfügt über einen Selbst-Check-In. Obwohl bereits im vorhinein bezahlt haben wir keinen Code für den Selbst-Check-In erhalten. Wir waren pünktlich vor Ort und hatten dann die Notrufnummer für diese Fälle gewählt: Hier wurde uns telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel überbucht sei und dass wir unsere Zahlung zurück bekämen. Danach wurde unfreundlich aufgelegt und alle weiteren Anrufe wurden nicht mehr angenommen. Glücklicherweise fanden wir 30 km weiter noch eine Unterkunft. Das Hotel wirkte eher leer und verlassen als überbucht: Beim Eintreffen reiste gerade ein Trupp von ca. 20 Arbeitern ab und vermutlich war niemand mehr vor Ort, um die Zimmer zu reinigen! Die Rückzahlung ist nie eingetroffen. Alle weiteren Kontaktversuche scheiterten! Auch booking.com erhält vom Hotel keine Rückmeldungen mehr und kann daher offenbar auch keine Rückzahlung abwickeln!

조식은 괜찮음.

직원인지 주인인지 그렇게 밝은 얼굴도 하지 않고 인사도 잘 받지 않음. 어떤 방은 생선 비린내가 나기도 하고 엘리베이터도 고장이 나서 2층이상 올라갈 때 가방 옮기느라 힘들었음.
