Clean and tidy establishment. Great location. Helpful friendly staff.

Very nice city centre hotel. Clean, comfortable and convenient for exploring the area without using a car. Nice rooms with good views to the castle. Good heating/air-conditioning. Large bathroom. Comfy bed. Also has secure underground parking as well as ground-level spaces. Nice breakfast too.

Unhelpful staff and bugs in the room made this potentially good hotel a disappointment

This is an excellent hotel in a "well to do" part of Lorca. It is a short walk to both the old and new centres of the town. It is a very well presented modern hotel in top class condition with very pleasant staff. Our room (possibly an upgrade) had a balcony with superb views of the town and castle and was a great location for our evening meal from the, very reasonable, room service menu. The buffet breakfast was extensive and superb value. There were however a few niggles. we booked this because of the Spa only to find it was closed for two weeks at the height of summer. There was only one usable electric point in our room and this was in the bathroom. The excellent pool and surroundings are open to the public who on both our days were very noisy. All in all this is a superb hotel and we would not hesitate to recommend it.

Have stayed her 4-5, maybe 6 times & it's an in an ideal location for the station & town centre. Not keren on the number of 'nags' for reviewa that I get from EBookers each time I stay here though.

Hotel was chosen as being a comfortable place to meet up with family who were arriving from a different direction. Unfortunately the food quality and offering were not as good as we had hoped for.

We were driving through Spain and wanted three days before Barcelona. This hotel in Lorca was much cheaper than the same groups one on the coast by a great deal. The hotel offers a swimming pool and a good restaurant so we didn't need to go anywhere else and just rested. There is a castle on a hill that defended the area but you can see that quite well if you are driving out of town. I can't say that there is anything in the town to attract but if you are looking for a quality hotel on a drive through you won,'t go wrong....and the parking is free!

This really is a lovely hotel, well located and we were delighted to be able to book in early. We had booked a superior room with large double bed but when we went to the room it had two singles pushed together. It later occurred to us to check if our room was a standard or superior one. It turned out it was only a standard yet we had been billed for the more expensive room. When I explained to the receptionist that we would stay in the room allocated but wanted the bill adjusted I was told we should have told them at check in and it couldn't be adjusted. We were leaving early the next morning but were advised not to speak to the manager but head receptionist at 7 the next morning. The bill was adjusted the next morning and the head receptionist apologetic. Sadly the episode took the edge off the two nights we spent in the hotel and it would have been nice to have been offered some compensation for not being able to have our special room.
