Nice historical lobby with art, tasty breakfast, allowed to check out 30min later

The rooms have nothing to do with what you see at the photos, more of a usual newly built 3* hotel. They seem to have recently opened new part of the hotel, and it has absolutely nothing to do with the historical rooms you expect (the reason we selected this hotel at the first place). Upon checking in we mentioned to administrator that the rooms have nothing with what we booked, but it was told that's the room you booked and nothing can be done. 2/3 days we didn't have hot water despite waiting for the cold water to run for some time. So only at the last we managed to have a good shower. That was very uncomfortable. While the room itself is clean and new, there are thing to note: poor sound isolation, we kept hearing neighbours and in the middle of the day somebody was drilling. Also small notes - they have only one layer of curtains, so you are either at the dark or you are visible from the street. And the glass table with minibar with glass bottles is a terrible idea, you have to be extra gentle all the time not to break the table. Also the table lamp kept blinking, so we could not use it while working.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The location is outstanding, with beautiful surroundings, stunning views, and everything you need conveniently nearby. Our room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, making our stay truly enjoyable. We would also like to give special praise to the à la carte restaurant located in the hotel. The food was delicious, the service was professional and friendly, and the entire dining experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation in a fantastic location. We would gladly stay here again!
