"Convenient location and comfortable. I would stay there again."

Very spacious room, excellent bathroom, nice bed. Surprisingly quiet location, considering proximity to major motorway. Very good parking underneath the building. Within easy walk of train station.

Some cooling would have been nice. The first 2 nights of my stay were a bit hot. Being on the second floor and on the inside of the building I was able to open the door into the balcony to let in fresh air without losing security.

Access unusual - no hotel frontage as such. Off a side street, driveway and entered through a car park lift.

The staff were lovely and very approachable, and always available. The Best Western was well located with easy access to supermarkets, transport, and places to eat. The place itself was kept tidy and well looked after.

Unfortunately, we had booked a weekend when everybody was coming to Wellington for the Rugby, so the cost of staying there was quite high (at least for us). Having said that, the location is great if you have a car, as there is parking, and it was very quick to get onto the motorway for a short trip into Wellington, Hutt Valley, or Porirua.
