Booked room size was fantastic! I was expecting a smaller room. I was surprised.

Sometimes, checking in at 2pm as expected the rooms aren’t fully ready. Due to that, you may wait for a minute or two outside of your room for housekeeping to finish what they need to do. Handsoap at the sinks should be checked more often, the bottle was empty. The remainder of the stay was good, but even with being checked in and settled, housekeeping entered the room but swiftly closed the door after realizing we were there still.

Hotel jest bardzo dobrze położony, blisko starówki. Znakomite śniadania, dobra restauracja Srebrna Góra. Niezwykle uprzejmy personel.

Brak możliwości dostania się windą z parkingu podziemnego na poziom recepcji. Personel nie chciał kosztów parkingowych dołączyć do faktury.
