Wir hatten Probleme, die Eingangstür des Hotels zu öffnen. Kein Hinweis, was zu tun ist. Wir hatten Glück, dass uns ein anderer - schwedischer - Gast geholfen hat. Keine Antwort auf eine Mail mit Rückfrage auf Wifi-Passwort. Sonst alles okay. Prima Standort für die Fähre nach Gotland und Langzeitparkplatz.

Appen till ytterdörr fungerade ej men funkade till rummet. Inga svar på telefonen när vi ringde i fyra timmar. Personal som inte lyssnar utan bara svarar emot och kommer med bortförklaringar, så servicen var under all kritik. Åk ut till best western i Visby på Gotland o se o lär!!! Förväntade oss färskt bröd på frukosten. Så nöjda, nej absolut inte.

Fint rum som snabbt gick att få svalt på kvällen, sov mkt gott med helt öppet fönster. Bra frukost i vackra gamla gemensamma rum, Rekommenderas varmt!
