It was neat!

Some improvement about the towels: Perfect: they encourage people not to use all the towels But: a shelf under the bassin could help storing the clean towels so they don’t end up all (clean and used) mixed and piled up on the radiator. But everything was excellent! This is just a suggestion! :)

The building was restored in an excellent way. Very nice rooms with stained glass windows. The breakfast room with the original art is wonder.

Location is great

AC was out and this was a very hot day, the building isn't well insulated so the heat was as a Swedish / Turkish sauna. That a hotel from this caliber and chain doesn't have a staff member onside too handle an outage like this explains poor management overall. more of the poor service reflected in tiny mini ventilators, just 2 bottles of water in the fridge and as a compensation they say sorry we give you 100 euro off for the 2 rooms : for me that was the final insult. Oh and did I tell you, its 36 degrees out, it was 31 in the room and the bed has winter linnen! Breakfast was something straight forward no effort in it really. I stayed with this chain a few times, I promise it's my last time. Much better places to stay a for less money too, church or no church! If Booking.com suggest me ones more such place, I am done with them too.

Tolles Hotel mit integrierten Kirchensäulen und -fenstern! Sehr gute Gestaltung des gesamten Hotels. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Leider war durch viele Einbahnstraßen das Hotel sehr schlecht erreichbar (vor allem mit Fahrradträger) ,hier ist dringend eine bessere Beschilderung nötig! Außerdem wurde uns erst nach Einchecken im Hotel der Preis für die Tiefgarage genannt, mit 32 € pro Nacht nicht gerade angemessen!
