Very nice room. Beautiful grounds. Quiet and peaceful. The food was good. Bed was comfortable. We would definitely go back.

The bathroom had small ants. Alot. Mostly around the faucets . The air conditioner was a bit noisy. It's a bit pricey. But otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Nice spacious rooms, however lots of wasted space WC could be third the size to make room even more spacious. Nice landscaping.

Reception staff do not speak English, Exterior lighting at night is seriously too low and dangerous. Surprised that no one has been killed falling into one of the ponds. Staff attitude indifferent. Furniture design needs improvement -chairs are too low and too deep, uncomfortable unless you are 7 foot tall Air-conditioning very loud, totally unacceptable in a hotel of this level. Generally, the question questionnaire forces, a black and white, yes, or no answer, in many instances I had to say yes, but most of it is a very qualified yes.

Hotel a bit worn out, not enough maintenance, commutation with staff is waste of time n confusing as I informed everything before hand but nothing was arranged as we informed so check in was not done smoothly, breakfast is very plain and limited
