El desayuno muy variado y todo rico.

La habitación acondicionada para 2 personas cuando la reserva desde un inicio fue para 4 cuatro. El estado de alerta del sector de spa al ver llegarnos con 2 niños.

"Muy por debajo a Hoteles 5 estrellas"

La ubicación, aunque muy pocos estacionamientos. Destaco el personal que llevó la cuna a mi habitación, fue muy amable. No así el recepcionista.

De inicio el recepcionista ya que no fue muy amable y tampoco nos explicó bien cuando cambiamos de habitación que está era con dos camas single y nosotros éramos un matrimonio con un bebé de 5 meses. Que el desayuno era hasta las 10 y ya casi no quedaba nada para comer a las 9.30 y también que retiraran los puestos de las mesas contiguas antes de las 10. Muy por debajo del estándar de hotel 5 estrellas.

Muy céntrico. Con las facilidades necesarias.

El precio lo sentí demasiado elevado para lo que ofrecía. En otros hoteles al rededor del mundo te dan muchas mas cosas por ese precio; incluso en el mismo Chile.
