Hotel antiguo chapas en mal estado, baño con nivel de seguridad muy precario ya que tiene tina de baño no habia antideslizante se informo y no lo solucionaron,toallas cvon mal olor humedas, lamantablmente este hotel noi cumple con el standar radisson

Las instalaciones, las habitaciones, el desayuno

Viajabamos en moto y por razones climáticas llegamos a la 5AM. Al ser tan tarde, quisimos quedarnos 1 noche más. Consultanos al recepcionista si había disponibilidad para quedarnos 1 noche más y nos dijo que no. A la mañana revisamos Booking y nos mostraba disponibilidad por lo que reservamos 1 noche más a través de la APP. Eso evidentemente generó malestar. 1 de las habitaciones tenía 1 cama doble y 1 catre mientras que habiamos pedido todas con camas simples. De todas maneras, todo fue resuelto y no opaca lo lindo del hotel! Pero hubiese Sido más simple que nos dejarán reservar ahí y no cambiarnos de habitación por ej.

Location

It needs lots of maintenance and proper cleaning, mold all over the bathroom, dust all over the furniture, stinky dirty room carpet, very old light switches, no one helped with luggage, terrible experience

Nos tocó una pieza con baño para discapacitado, se salía toda el agua de la ducha, con riesgo de caída. El baño no tenía tapa, lavamanos tapado y ninguna solución ofrecida Nos retiramos antes de la estancia pagada y no les importó, no les importó que tuviésemos pésima experiencia, cero empatía de los recepcionistas
