Good location easy to walk to bars restaurant s shopping. Comfortable bed ,room clean Helpful staff Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Found room rather hot and windows don't open

Ett problem med belysning i badrummet lampan sitter bakom så man ser inte ansiktet när man skall Raka sig lite jobbigt, som baksidan på månen i skugga.

Mycket bra frukost! Stort rum med bra sängar. Rent och snyggt!

*Location, you can walk to the main points or take a tram which was in front of the hotel. *Drinkable water from the sinks. *Some staff were helpful. Especially one lady in the reception and one girl in the breakfast room. *Breakfast had options so overall we were satisfied.

*No iron in the room, there was a separate room for the ironing. *Bed sheet had some stains and looked dirty/used. *Room was freezing, as they had heating issues, which the company switched it off during bank holidays ( how ridiculous) we had to call the reception, receptionist was saying because it was warm last week. But it was not this week, so it was not our problem. Non of the hotels have this in 2026 even the hostels. They forgot about us after my call, so I had to chase them going to the reception and the lady brought an electric heater 😂 *No safe in the room. *No kettle *We've been asked to give the time for breakfast for Saturday morning. Why would I have to plan my breakfast time, if it starts at 6.30 and ends 10.30 I should be able to go anytime without pressure, and they should've handled it properly and planned themselves if the hotel was fully booked or something. *Early checkin was charged *No extra pillow *No proper coffee machine in the breakfast room. It was disappointing in a 4 star hotel. *Only simple shower gel and hand wash in the bathroom nothing else so we were glad that we had our own shampoos, conditioners etc.
