The brakfast was the highlight. Very big room. We mannaged to park in the hotel parking lot every day as we drove up to the slopes in the morning. The spa is satisfing.

The bar staff not to friendly..hardly polite. The transfer to the gondola not real,First to rounds of people fill the minibus in seconds.So you have to queue and show up 10-15 min before departure

the hot food items were cold.. would be good to have some things on heated serving dishes

The food is amazing and the location is good

The foyer, restaurant, the spa, game room, kids area, outside area, were all great. The breakfast was amazing! The Christmas dinner, with live traditional music, also the Christmas kids party with Santa and gifts was very good and the whole family truly enjoyed it! The staff at the restaurant and reception was very kind and approachable, they gave us a room very close to the spa and kids play area which was very convenient for our family! Clean and cosy, the cleaners were keeping the room incredibly clean and tidy for us, with clean and dry towels available always! We all had a great time! I highly recommend it for travelling with kids!

The curtains in the room were not tick and there were no blinds. It was hard to rest with the street light at night and the daylight in the morning. The toilet was very narrow, uncomfortable and hard to dry. The water in the pool was not heated enough and it wasn't pleasant to swim at that temperature in December (we choose the hotel for the pool option, but couldn't enjoy it much). There was one rude waiter at the bar.
