Gamla, ståtliga salonger och rum. Trevlig personal. Dock väldigt mycket hundar, något dom Man borde bli upplyst om då vår dotter är rädd för hundar.
My husband and I wanted to have our wedding dinner as well as a weekend stay with our families at Häringe Slott as it is close by where I grew up. We live in London and had to do all the preparation via email and telephone. The booking staff was very helpful and the everything went according to plan with food and arrangements. The rooms were modern and comfortable. My husband and I had one of the suites and it was very well decorated and perfect for a wedding couple. We also tried the floating sauna which I can definitely recommend. Our foreign guests thought that was a very cool experience. There are loads of activities to make your stay fun. We couldn't have wished for a better experience.

Location is fantastic, surrounded by forest and lake. Great for running. Restaurant was expensive and a bottle of beer was more expensive here than in Stockhom city centre!? Will come again.
Overall, the stay was great. Beautiful surroundings and far far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. But if you are a business traveller, please be warned: this hotel is miles away from the nearest railways station and the only way to get out is taxi. I spent about 300 Swedish Kroner each way every single day just to go to the local train station to take the train to the Stockholm city. The expenditure on taxis, thus, turned out to be more than the hotel tariff.
Charming room in Sjöflygen (Josephine Baker room) The receptionist was very service minded. Dinner was excellent with Swedish specialities. Breakfast (included) was sumptuous. In all a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
