"Wonderful and brilliant stay at the heart of white town"

The entire property with a rich history is what made the place unique. The staff was super friendly and special mention to Prabhu who made us feel so comfortable and even went out of the way to celebrate me and my wife’s birthday. The place is always buzzing with people and with live music on Fridays and Saturdays makes it even more special

We booked a penthouse room and expected the rooms to be a little bigger. It is actually a small room but clean and well maintained. There is no lift in the property but i can understand it is because to maintain the heritage of the property

The location and the courtyard was the best....

Room decor was pretty bad... The bed , the washroom and yes no full length mirror.... The canopy on the bed extremely bad taste

"Pretty hotel in the French quarter"

Lovely property, beautifully restored and furnished. Restaurant usually quite good, if a little uneven. Spacious room.

Service not quite up to the price. Housekeeping staff thought I was joking when I asked if they had a softer pillow. Dirty breakfast dishes from someone else’s room service left all day on a table outside my room (two days in a row). One day no towels. Another day no soap. Seems like some staff needs additional training. Breakfast mostly good but burned baked goods were on offer more than once.
