Jako ljubazno osoblje i čistačice, sve je uredno i čisto, mnoštvo sadržaja za svakoga, ugodan i lijep smještaj, pet friendly. Sve u svemu, bilo je prekrasno iskustvo i sigurno se vraćamo i iduće godine.

To nasz drugi pobyt, więc wiedzieliśmy czego się spodziewać. Super obiekt blisko morza. Piękne plaże. Apartamenty nowoczesne i komfortowe. Obsługa zawsze pomocna i uśmiechnięta.

Super gdyby w aneksach kuchennych pojawiły się zmywarki. Jedna kapsułka kawy do ekspresu na pobyt to zdecydowanie za mało. W prysznicach za małe szyby i źle wypoziomowane brodziki przez co woda wylewa się na płytki. Fajnie gdyby w Apartamentowcu Lucija posadzić jakieś wysokie rośliny lub postawić płotek wokół balkonu, który zasłoni wejście do magazynku dla osób sprzątających, niestety bardzo często tam przychodzili i nie mieliśmy dyskrecji na balkonie oraz w sypialni.

The apartment had numerous maintenance, cleanliness and quality issues: ❌ Visible mold/mildew around the bathroom window ❌ Sliding barn-style bathroom door with large gaps around the sides, providing virtually zero sound privacy. Conversations and bathroom noises could be heard clearly throughout the apartment. ❌ Bathroom flooding after every shower due to poor shower design. The glass splash panel is too short and water regularly spreads across the bathroom floor. ❌ Exposed electrical wiring behind the bathroom mirror/light fixture ❌ Strong unpleasant smell from the air conditioning ❌ Unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen cabinets ❌ Refrigerator door not closing properly ❌ TV remote not working ❌ Visible hanging cables under the TV ❌ Extremely poor sound insulation between apartments. We could clearly hear neighbors walking, talking, moving furniture and opening balcony doors. At times it genuinely sounded as if someone was inside our apartment. ❌ Balcony sliding door can lock guests outside. We accidentally locked ourselves on the balcony and were only able to get back in because one of us was still inside the apartment. ❌ No housekeeping during our entire 4-night stay. Despite leaving the apartment during the day, the room was never cleaned. ❌ Tennis courts were in disappointing condition, with faded lines and excessive loose clay dust. Even after watering the courts, they remained extremely dusty. ❌ Our tennis shoes disappeared from the balcony overnight. They were there when we went to bed around 3 AM and gone by 10 AM the following morning. Reception’s response was simply that we should not have left them outside. Tennis was the primary reason we chose this resort, and losing our shoes effectively ended the tennis portion of our holiday. The apartment felt considerably older and less maintained in person than in the photos shown online.

Mare a due passi dall'alloggio. Il panorama è bellissimo, all'interno della struttura ci sono diversi ristoranti tra cui Il Boschetto, ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. L'appartamento era perfetto in tutto, con servizio pulizie e cambio asciugamani quotidiano (che considero anche eccessivo). Pet-friendly ed adatto agli sportivi, tante attività da fare. Il servizio golf-cart è ottimo, lo staff ti aiuta a raggiungere il tuo alloggio con i bagagli essendo i parcheggi distanti e questo è impagabile. Pineta bellissima adatta a momenti di relax. Penso che sia una struttura indicata per ospiti adulti o con figli teenager. Lo consiglio e ci torneremo sicuramente. Era presente un supermercato con prezzi abbordabili per l'emergenza.

L'accesso al mare è abbastanza difficoltoso, in più punti servirebbero terrazze con scalette per entrare in mare. Mancano docce pubbliche sempre apprezzate appena usciti dal mare dove potersi lavare dal sale marino.
