Riad Lyon-Mogador

Pobyt w hotelu był prawdziwą przyjemnością. Hotel jest pięknie urządzony. Pokój był przytulny, ale wygodny. Z tarasu widać ocean. Można spędzić czas na leżaku, wygrzewając się w słońcu z czego korzystaliśmy. Rano, na tarasie było serwowane śniadanie ze świeżymi owocami i wypiekami. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomocna.

Leider sind bei den Riads das Bad/WC nur durch eine 3/4-Wand vom Schlafzimmer getrennt, man bekommt also immer mit, was im Bad/WC gerade passiert.

Nice rooftop, pretty rooms.

The location of this riad is nice, but unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to the price or the reviews. After asking the owner for a small gesture regarding dinner (there were no alternative options and my friend doesn’t eat fish/seafood), he spoke to me in a very unpleasant and dismissive way. Despite knowing this in advance, the same dinner was served and we were still charged 180 dirhams even though my friend only had the soup. When I raised the issue, the owner simply told me on the phone that if I wasn’t happy, I could leave. The attitude continued with small but telling details: our room was €70 and staff removed one of the two towels saying “you’re only one so you don’t need two,” which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. The staff overall were not particularly helpful either. Breakfast was also quite disappointing with very small portions. Overall, the place felt overrated and lacking the hospitality you would expect from a riad. A shame, because with a different attitude from management, the experience could have been much better.
