항상 아침 비행기로 제주에서 나놀 때 전날 숙박합니다. 공항이란 위치도 가까이에 있고 주변에 노형동이라서 식당도 많음.

Worst stay ever. Booked 1 room with 2 beds (1 single + 1 double), clearly for 3 people, but at check-in they suddenly asked for extra money for the third person. Absolute nonsense and felt like a scam. The AC didn’t work at all. The room was ridiculously hot, couldn’t sleep, complained multiple times and nothing was fixed. On top of that, customer service was completely unhelpful and came off as racist. They were dismissive, rude, and clearly treated us differently instead of trying to solve the problem. Overcharging, broken facilities, bad attitude. Not worth the money. Avoid this place.

We came as a family and we love the convenience, cleanness, and service. The location was perfect, starbucks and gs25 on the lobby floor. Highly recommend if you are visiting Jeju.
